My Christmas Gift Guide!

So Christmas shopping……I know I know! Just thinking about it can be stressful. But never fear, as an early Christmas present from me to you, I have put together a Christmas Gift Guide to make it a little bit easier for you. AND… can buy all of these from the comfort of your very own home, so no need to face the crowds of frantic shoppers!

Planet Organic Hamper and Giftboxes

These are such a brilliant gift for any health foodie. There are so many different options, and are all packed full of nutritious and yummy treats….I mean, who doesn’t love a hamper?! And what better way to your loved one’s heart than through delicious food!

Active Wear – Hip & Healthy

I get all of my activewear from Hip & Healthy who stock an amazing range of brands and also some fantastic accessories! Whatever your price range, it’s easy to find the perfect gift!

My favourite outfit is this Varley set of leggings and crop top – ideal for this time of year! And I’d also recommend the amazing s’well bottle – these guys are on a mission to rid the world of plastic one sleek, trendy and insulating bottle at a time.

GMYLE – Marble Technology Cover Collection

I have both the phone and laptop covers with this design, and boy do I love them! Such a simple design and yet so chic….(you can also find them on Amazon for a better price….but don’t tell anyone I told you!)

Naturally Sassy Cook Book – I know I’m promoting my own book but…..who wouldn’t love a book filled with easy, affordable and scrumptious recipes that all the family can enjoy?! I developed all the recipes to demonstrate that healthy food can be indulgent, moorish and wholesome – so it’s the perfect Christmas gift for those getting ready to embark on a healthier 2017!

Where to buy it: Amazon UK, Waterstones, WHSmith, Tesco, Wholefoods, Planet Organic and independent book stores.

Addictive Daughter – The Inner Fix

This book is one to read, written by two gorgeous, talented, strong women who were caught in a cycle of self-destructive behaviour and came out the other side with down to earth tips to teach you how to stop worrying and start living. “Persia and Joey – friends, life coaches and founders of Addictive Daughter – colourfully chart their lives from childhood insecurities to adolescent obsessions. With tools and exercises to work through at your own pace. This is the definitive guide on how to stay sane and spiritually fit whilst navigating your twenties and beyond.” The perfect source of inspiration before a new year.

Neom Candles

You really can’t go wrong with a Neom Organic candle – they have such a range of gorgeous, all-natural scents, and are perfect if you want to gift something small but still truly special and chic.

Anthropology – Kitchenware

I could so easily buy everything in the Anthropology shop….and definitely couldn’t just pick one piece to recommend, so I have selected a few of my favourites: gorgeous and individual coasters, a fun but still chic bottle opener and of course a mug or two.…because no-one has too many mugs! There are also some really cute kitchen wear. Their aprons, oven gloves and napkins are perfect for any home.

Adult Colouring books – stocking fillers – Waterstones

I have well and truly jumped on the colouring bandwagon this year. I particularly love curling up on the sofa with one of Johanna Bamford’s books as she creates whole new world’s to delve into, from secret gardens to magical jungles, enchanted forests and lost oceans. Simply beautiful designs and great stocking fillers.
