My go-to shake at the moment after a workout – easy ingredients, and delicious taste.

The Ingredients

1 apple

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 medjool date

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tablespoon of oats

1 cup oat milk

 

Method

Add all the ingredients to a blender, and blend!
