Today I thought i’d do something a little bit different on the blog and show you all what life essentials i’ve been loving in the last month! From snacks, to baking products, super foods and indulgent treats – I’ve always got my kitchen stocked up with my favourites, and thought i’d share them with you too! I’ve also added some other non-food related products that I have been sporting and adoring all winter.

The first of my January favourites is Sunwarrior protein powder. I’ve been getting really into supplementing my ballet training with other forms of cardio, which means I’m having to up my protein intake, to help my muscles recover. Eating a plant based diet does mean you have to add protein powder into your life if your doing an overload of exercise. In such a saturated market as protein powders it’s really important you go for a very ‘clean’ brand. Sunwarrior is one my favourites along with Pulsin and Good Hemp. However this month I’m really into Raw Brown Rice Protein Powder in the vanilla flavour sun warrior make – it is absolutely delicious in smoothies, porridge and even made into an amazing caramel sauce with a little cashew butter, two medjool dates and some oat or almond milk!


The second of my favourites is Organic Burst. I absolutely love their superfood products, and use them daily in smoothies and juices. I’ve been particularly loving their Spirulina & Chlorella Products. They are brimming with chlorophyll and are incredibly alkalising to the body – they single handedly got me through the busy christmas period! My Green Smoothie on the blog is a great recipe to start with when your first trying these super green products.


My sister runs the most incredible online active wear store, Hip & Healthy, and I have to say without being at all biast, i am completely obsessed with all there clothes! I’ve been wearing the Kalindi Yoga leggings most days this month – they are so awesome, and make every workout that much more exciting (and stylish). Im also a huge fan of all their HPE clothing, and wear my 40 formula yoga bra constantly. It’s really basic, but a wonderful shape and really flattering. Paired underneath a signature Hip and Healthy tee – your good to go!


Raw Living Crackers have been my favourite thing to dip into a bowl of homemade hummus for a long while, but recently I’ve become really obsessed with them and have been eating them every day. They’re raw and made mainly from flaxseeds which are an incredible source of protein and skin loving omegas. Try them with my avocado hummus… Yum!


After trying Livia’s crumbles a few months ago, I have been absolutely obsessed, and now always look for an opportunity to buy one when I pass Selfridges on the way to meetings! They are so delicious, and the perfect healthy winter warmer. My favourite is the Apple, Blackberry & Maca – but they are all absolutely divine. Livia’s team deliver across London – so if you live or work near theres no excuse not to have a box full of crumble delicious-ness awaiting at your door!


Im a huge fan of my vitamix, but sometimes (all the time) I just don’t want to do any washing up! Tribest, kindly gave me one of their blenders to try, and I can’t tell you how much I love it. It’s incredibly easy to use as the blender works as a cup too – so you only have one thing to wash up. It’s all great for on the go, and works really well for travelling too!


Another of my favourite snacks this month are Mega Omega Superseeds from PunchFoods! They are literally my saviour when it comes to snacking on the go. They are packed with protein and omegas – but best of all taste amazing. I have been known to eat a tube in one go! they are ideal for snacking at your desk, but also amazing for a little garnish on salads or soups. They come in four flavours but this month it’s all been about the omega for me!
