I’m so excited to share with you my first cook book ‘Naturally Sassy: My recipes for an energised, healthy and happy you’. An extension of the philosophy and recipes I share on my website, the book is brimming with incredibly healthy, delicious, easy and affordable recipes that won’t just serve you for the occasional dinner, but is geared for you to use at any moment of everyday.

The book contains 120 goodness-packed recipes, divided into different sections suited to every occasion, including 15 minute meals, food on-the-go, overnight breakfasts and dinner party favourites…so no matter what the occasion, you’re covered! 

I’ve also added lots of ‘How To’ sections which show you how to build recipes, using your favourite ingredients. These sections give you lots of creative license, and are the best starting point for creating the perfect balanced meal.

There are so many delicious recipes in this cookbook –  everything from golden granola and coconut cream parfaits to rich and creamy squash risottos, spiralised beetroot salads and caramel-chocolate ganache mousses. I’m so excited for you to tuck in!
