I love my smoothies, they’ve become part of my daily routine, and I can’t remember the last day I went without one! With smoothies, like any food combinations, it’s all about the right balance. I always make sure to include a sufficient source of protein to combat the fructose levels of the wonderfully nutritious fruit. This is normally a mixture of nuts or seeds and plant-based protein powder. In this recipe, I’m using Provamel’s Soy Yoghurt. Soy is a word that’s somewhat frowned upon in the health world at the moment, because of the sheer amount of soy products on the market that are overly processed, with added sugar and other bizarre ingredients. I find Provamel’s Sugar-free Soy Yoghurt really works for my body on occasion and it has become a delicious addition to my breakfasts from time to time. It’s really all about works for your body, but I honestly do find this product to be the best of its kind on the market!
