Grilled Peaches with Crumble

The Ingredients

1 teaspoon coconut (melted) or canola oil

4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 Tablespoon coconut sugar

1 1/2 Tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes

3 Tablespoons chopped pecans

Method

Preheat grill. Grease the grates with coconut or canola oil.

Once the grill is hot, place peaches cut side down on the grill.

Grill for 5 minutes on both sides, until softened.

While peaches grill, add cinnamon, nutmeg, coconut sugar, coconut, and pecans to a small bowl. Stir to combine.

Remove peaches and finish with pecan topping. Serve immediately.
